Role: Supply Chain Technical Program Manager

Location:  Sunnyvalle, CA

(100% onsite Role)

Job Description:

This person will be a primary point of contact for our users. They will work directly with users to answer questions, resolve issues, and make sure they feel supported throughout the process. They will also partner with our technical team to test system changes before release.

Beyond support, the role includes analyzing support trends, reviewing cost data for completeness, and finding ways to work more efficiently using AI tools. Supply chain experience is strongly preferred, as much of our work involves supply chain data and processes.

The ideal candidate is personable, self-driven, and comfortable working in complex data systems. They can connect information across users, systems, and data to find root causes and move issues forward with minimal direction.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a direct point of contact for users, responding to inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and keeping them informed through resolution
• Coordinate with the technical team to prioritize and resolve support tickets, translating user needs into clear, actionable details
• Conduct detailed user acceptance testing (UAT) for new features and system updates, document issues, and manage resolution against established timelines
• Analyze support inquiry data to identify recurring issues, and assess cost data for completeness and accuracy
• Identify manual or time-intensive processes and implement AI-based solutions to improve efficiency

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal skills, with a patient, approachable style and the ability to build trust and rapport with users at all levels
• Self-motivated and able to work independently, with a strong ability to connect the dots across issues, data, and processes to see the bigger picture
• Comfortable diving into complex data systems to understand how information flows, trace issues to their source, and identify gaps or inconsistencies
• 3+ years of experience in systems support, operations analysis, or a related role, including hands-on UAT
• Clear communicator who can explain technical issues in plain language to non-technical users
• Proficiency in Excel and similar tools, and familiarity with ticketing systems such as Jira
• Practical experience using AI tools in a work setting

Preferred Qualifications

• Background in supply chain, procurement, logistics, or inventory management
• Experience working with cost data or ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle
