What we're looking for:- Proven experience managing outsourced/managed service provider relationships at scale, including SLAs and vendor governance.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills, with experience building KPI/metrics programs and translating data into recommendations.
- Strong collaborator and communicator, comfortable mentoring peers and influencing outcomes without formal management authority.

- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to prepare executive-ready materials.
- 3+ years of relevant experience in IT vendor/MSP management, IT asset management, or a related field.
- Experience implementing AI into day-to-day workflows, with a practical approach to driving adoption and measuring impact.
