Job Description
We are seeking a Senior Java Frontend Developer to join our team within Satbir's organization. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Java, Spring Boot, Angular, and microservices and a proven ability to lead end-to-end delivery, drive architecture decisions, and mentor teams.
Responsibilities:
- Lead design and development of complex full stack applications using Java and Angular.
- Own end-to-end delivery of application components from design through deployment.
- Drive architecture decisions and ensure alignment with enterprise standards.
- Resolve high-impact technical challenges across systems and platforms.
- Mentor junior and mid-level developers and provide technical guidance.
- Partner with stakeholders to define system enhancements and strategic solutions.
- Ensure code quality, performance optimization, and scalability of applications.
- Lead testing strategies, code reviews, and deployment processes.
- Identify risks and ensure compliance with governance and regulatory requirements.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Advanced expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Angular, and microservices architecture.
- Strong experience with API design, SQL, and distributed systems.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices. Cloud exposure preferred.
- Proven ability to lead technical initiatives and mentor teams.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- 7-10+ years of experience in application development.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with cloud platforms.
- Background in enterprise financial services environments.
