RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce is seeking a Procurement Project Manager to support procurement-focused initiatives within a large, cross-functional environment. This role will partner with Procurement, Legal, HR, and IT teams to coordinate activities, drive project progress, and ensure alignment among stakeholders. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
Responsibilities:
* Manage and coordinate multiple project workstreams simultaneously
* Track project milestones, risks, dependencies, and deliverables
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project objectives are met
* Facilitate communication and provide project updates to stakeholders
* Support process improvement and operational efficiency initiatives
REQUIREMENTS:
* Experience managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders
* Knowledge of procurement and source-to-pay processes
* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
* Experience working with cross-functional and global teams
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Ability to work independently and navigate changing priorities
* Experience supporting procurement, sourcing, or operational programs
* Strong problem-solving and project coordination abilities
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
