Senior Project Manager (Data)

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking a Senior Project Manager (Data) in Philadelphia, PA.

Responsibilities:
* Lead projects involving data warehousing, data integration, migration, reporting, and analytics solutions
* Manage project plans, schedules, budgets, risks, issues, and stakeholder communications
* Partner with business and technical teams to gather requirements and define project deliverables
* Coordinate data mapping, validation, testing, and implementation activities
* Facilitate project meetings, workshops, status updates, and executive reporting
* Support Agile and traditional project management methodologies, including sprint planning and team coordination
* Manage vendors, consultants, and cross-functional project teams
* Oversee user acceptance testing, deployment activities, and post-implementation support
* Drive process improvements and ensure projects align with organizational goals and best practices
* Maintain project documentation, governance standards, and change management activities

REQUIREMENTS:
* 8+ years of project management experience leading complex technology, data, or business transformation initiatives
* Experience managing data warehousing, data migration, integration, or analytics projects
* Experience managing multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
* Experience with Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery methodologies
* Knowledge of data management concepts including ETL/ELT, data mapping, governance, and data quality
* Strong ability to communicate with both business and technical stakeholders
* Strong leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
