This is a hands-on, shop-based role focused on rebuilding, repairing, and fabricating drivetrain components and related systems. The ideal candidate is mechanically inclined, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced shop environment.

Job DetailsKey Responsibilities
- Rebuild and repair driveline and auxiliary components
- Perform maintenance and troubleshooting on mechanical systems
- Diagnose issues and implement reliable solutions
- Perform welding and fabrication as needed
- Work both independently and as part of a team
- Manage multiple jobs and prioritize tasks effectively
Qualifications & Skills
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving ability
- Experience with welding and fabrication
- Attention to detail with a focus on quality workmanship
- Ability to prioritize work in a fast-paced shop environment
- Self-motivated, reliable, and coachable
- Ability to read and write in English
- Must have a full set of tools required to perform job duties
Preferred Experience
- Experience working with driveline, powertrain, or hydraulic components
- Background in diesel, heavy equipment, or industrial repair environments
- Exposure to components such as PTOs, pumps, or winches
