CDC Service Desk - Weekend Shift:
Sat-Sun 5 AM to 6 PM
Mon-Tues 12 PM - 9 PM
New Employee Training 7:30 AM- 4:30 PM (four weeks)

MEANINGFUL WORK AND PERSONAL IMPACT
As a Help Desk Technician I, the work you’ll do will be impactful to the
mission of Center for Disease Control and Prevention. You will play a
crucial role in assisting the Service Desk in providing (24/7) IT
Support to CDC staff.
● Support the Service Desk - Weekend Team
● Collaborate with other CDC Service Desk staff
● Drive the key policies and procedures for IT Support.
● Utilize the IT Support tools provided by the Customer Engagement
Branch
● Windows 11 Support
WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED
Bring your technology expertise and drive for innovation. The Help Desk
Technician I must have:
● Education: High School Diploma/GED
● Experience: 2+ years of related experience
● Technical skills: O365 Applications and VPN Support
● NAICI - National Agency Check with Inquiries clearance level:
