Summary

Job Description & Skill Requirement:

Program Management for Telecom Delivery and Care programs - at least 3 year''s experience in this role
·Create and maintain program and project schedules
·Track program and project issues through resolution using an Action Item Register
·Coordinate OEM & Telco laboratory entry and exit activities
·Coordinate FOA & production site entry and exit activities
·Manage project and program scope, budgets and costs
·Oversee Project Managers assigned to the program and project execution activities

Skillset

·PMP Certified
·Strong team handling skills and able to work with cross cultural and multi-geography teams
·Detail oriented approach to tracking timelines and follow ups closely
·Able to work with Telco customers and ensure delivery with customer delight
·Ability to manage multi-vendor ecosystem and handle dependencies without schedule impact
·Strong reporting skills to customer and to management
