Skills : * Strong Java experience, with Java 17 or newer preferred.
* Solid knowledge of enterprise Java, Spring, Spring Boot, web services, and RESTful APIs.
* Experience with automated testing frameworks and practices, such as JUnit and Mockito.
* Proficiency with Git and CI/CD tools such as Maven, Docker, Jenkins, GitHub, or Azure DevOps.
* Strong understanding of databases, SQL, and data integration patterns.
* Experience troubleshooting distributed systems and designing scalable, resilient, observable microservices.
* Experience developing cloud-native applications, with Microsoft Azure
* Knowledge of banking or financial services industry standards and practices.
* Familiarity with event-driven architectures and messaging technologies, such as Kafka.
* Exposure to data engineering concepts, data management, data migration, high-volume data integrations,and performance optimization.
* Ability to efficiently and responsibly use AI-assisted development tools to improve productivity and code quality.
