Technical Leads/Architects: Oversees the technical aspects of the project, providing guidance on architecture, design, and implementation of the software solutions. Ensures that technologies are compliant to Technical Reference Model (TRM) lifecycles and OIT enterprise-wide mandates.
Technical Leads / Architects
Architectural Oversight: Provide end?to?end guidance on solution architecture, design, and implementation, ensuring scalability, security, and maintainability.
Technology Compliance: Ensure all technologies align with the Technical Reference Model (TRM) lifecycles and adhere to OIT enterprise?wide mandates.
Technical Leadership: Drive technical decision?making, mentor development teams, and enforce best practices across the software delivery lifecycle.
Integration & Standards: Oversee system integration, enforce coding standards, and validate alignment with enterprise architecture principles.
Risk & Quality Management: Identify technical risks, propose mitigation strategies, and ensure delivery of high?quality, compliant solutions.
