Job Description:

• Seeking an Overseas Contractor with over 15 years of experience in ServiceNow architecture specializing in IT Asset Management focusing on ITAM SAM and good knowledge of ITAM HAM modules
• Lead the strategic design development and deployment of scalable ServiceNow IT Asset Management ITAM solutions primarily focusing on Software Asset Management SAM with integration of Hardware Asset Management HAM capabilities
• Utilize extensive expertise in ServiceNow architecture to optimize ITAM workflows ensuring seamless integration and high data accuracy across asset management modules
• Analyse complex organizational requirements and translate them into scalable technical specifications for ITAMSAM implementations
• Oversee integration of ITAM solutions with broader IT infrastructure and business processes to enhance operational efficiency
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives by incorporating the latest ServiceNow ITAM features industry trends and compliance standards to maintain cutting edge solutions
• Collaborate with cross functional teams to ensure alignment of ITAM solutions with organizational goals and compliance requirements

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end design configuration and deployment of ServiceNow ITAM SAM modules aligned with organizational objectives
• Manage the complete lifecycle of software and hardware assets including discovery entitlement management compliance and optimization within ServiceNow
• Collaborate with IT and business stakeholders to define implement and enforce ITAM policies and procedures
• Conduct regular audits and assessments to ensure data integrity compliance and optimal performance of ITAM systems
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex platform and module specific issues to maintain high system availability
• Provide technical leadership mentorship and guidance to senior and junior team members on ServiceNow ITAM best practices and architectural standards
• Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation training materials and technical guides supporting ITAM processes and tools
• Participate in cross functional teams to integrate ITAM solutions with broader IT service management and operational frameworks
• Drive innovation and automation initiatives to enhance asset management efficiency and service delivery
