An established financial services organization is seeking a Technical Systems Analyst to translate business needs into technical solutions, support Pega-based initiatives, and partner across teams to deliver and validate solutions.
About the Opportunity:
Schedule: Monday to Friday
Setting: Hybrid (at least 3 days a week onsite)
Location: Pensacola, FL or Winchester, VA or Vienna, VA
Responsibilities:
Gather, analyze, and document business and technical requirements
Translate business needs into technical designs and delivered solutions
Analyze workflows, data, processes, integrations, and system designs
Support user acceptance testing, including test cases, execution, validation, and documentation
Collaborate with project teams, stakeholders, and vendors to support delivery, releases, and documentation across the SDLC.
Qualifications:
5+ years of experience as a Systems Analyst, Business Systems Analyst, Technical Analyst, Pega Developer, Product Owner, or similar role
Hands-on experience with Pega Systems
Strong experience gathering, analyzing, and documenting business and technical requirements
Ability to translate business requirements into technical designs and deliverable solutions
Experience with software development methodologies and the Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
Experience with User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including test case development, test execution, validation, and documentation
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to evaluate complex processes, data, and requirements
Experience documenting workflows, technical designs, system interfaces, and business processes
Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Ability to present analysis, recommendations, and technical concepts clearly to management and project teams

Pega development experience
Pega Product Owner experience
Experience with low-code/no-code application development and workflow automation
Experience with modeling, forecasting, simulation, or quantitative analysis
Experience with process improvement and workflow optimization
Experience managing or contributing to project roadmaps and implementation plans
Experience working with vendors and cross-functional enterprise teams
Experience in financial services, banking, or another highly regulated environment
Familiarity with enterprise knowledge-management or Center of Excellence environments
