Soft Tech Consulting is seeking a skilled Pega Developer to design, develop, and deploy Pega applications. This role requires working on-site at the client's location every day and collaborating with stakeholders to meet business requirements. The designated candidate for this position will join a collaborative team environment, providing support and expertise necessary toward the successful delivery of the project deliverables, and provide effective communication to all levels of staff for reporting statprogress.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Design, develop, and deploy Pega applications.
- Develop and implement Pega applications.
- Customize and configure Pega solutions.
- Integrate Pega with other systems.
- Troubleshoot and resolve application issues.
- Ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor s Degree in Computer Science or related field.
- Proven experience with Pega PRPC.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Pega certification (CSA, CSSA, or CLSA) preferred.
- Experience with Pega Architecture (Intermediate)
- Experience with Pega Software Application Development (Intermediate)
- Experience with Pega Platform (Intermediate)
- Must be able to work independently, with little to no oversight.
- Must be able to develop and maintain strong client relationships.
