Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Oracle Cloud Functional Consultant to lead functional design, business process improvement, and systems integration efforts across Order Management, Procurement, warehouse operations, and Finance.
The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience configuring Oracle Cloud Order Management and direct experience implementing and integrating Manhattan WMS with Oracle Cloud. This consultant will work closely with Supply Chain, Procurement, Operations, Finance, Accounting, technical development, and integration teams to design scalable end-to-end business processes.
This is not a requirements-gathering-only position. The consultant must be capable of independently leading workshops, challenging existing assumptions, recommending industry best practices, and advising business leaders on the appropriate use of Oracle standard functionality versus customization.

- Ensure warehouse execution activities are accurately reflected throughout the Oracle order and financial lifecycle.

Business Process Leadership
- Lead discovery sessions and functional workshops with Finance, Supply Chain, Procurement, Warehouse, and Operations stakeholders.
- Document current-state and define future-state business processes.
- Identify process gaps, inefficiencies, risks, and control weaknesses.
- Recommend Oracle standard functionality when appropriate and clearly justify any required customization.
- Translate business needs into functional requirements, process flows, configuration documents, and integration specifications.
- Serve as a trusted functional advisor throughout design, implementation, testing, deployment, and stabilization.
- Support conference room pilots, system integration testing, user acceptance testing, cutover, and post-production support.
Finance and Accounting Alignment
- Work directly with Controllers, Accounting teams, and Finance leadership.
- Evaluate the financial impact of Order Management, inventory, warehouse, Procurement, and fulfillment transactions.
- Understand inventory accounting, shipment, invoicing, receiving, accrual, and invoice-matching implications.
- Translate accounting and financial-control requirements into Oracle functional requirements.
