What You'll Do (Responsibilities):Multibody Dynamics Modeling & Simulation - Optimize suspension and steering kinematics and compliance
- Virtually integrate chassis tuning parts to meet ride, handling, and steering targets
- Collaborate to optimize structure and manage loads at key interfaces
- Integrate active control systems into performance simulations
Model Framework and Capability Development - Develop and maintain the cross-functional vehicle dynamics master model framework and co-simulation packages
- Use data management tools to integrate 1D data and control systems into simulation workflows
- Continuously improve the fidelity of chassis subsystems and full vehicle models
- Advance virtual development by creating new load cases and collaborating with test teams to reduce reliance on hardware-based methods
Collaboration & Leadership - Work effectively across functions and cultures to build strong partnerships
