Summary

Key Responsibilities:

•            Build and validate Discrete Event Simulation models using Siemens Tecnomatix Plant Simulation

•            Model and optimize AMR fleet throughput, utilization, routing, and dispatching

•            Analyze traffic flow, congestion, queues, and deadlock conditions

•            Optimize pick/drop stations, layouts, fleet sizing, and charging strategies

•            Perform what-if and stress testing for demand spikes, fleet scaling, and equipment failures

•            Identify system bottlenecks and recommend improvements to maximize throughput

•            Translate simulation results into clear engineering and business recommendations

 

Qualifications:

•            Advanced proficiency in Siemens Tecnomatix Plant Simulation

•            Experience with Discrete Event Simulation (DES)

•            Experience modeling AMR/AGV fleets, material flow

•            5+ years of experience

•            Industrial engineering background
