Shift: 6:45 AM-6:45 PM
Hourly Rate: $15.90 an hour
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate, monitor, and adjust processing and packaging equipment
- Ensure product quality standards are consistently met
- Perform routine inspections and basic troubleshooting
- Follow all food safety, sanitation, and safety procedures
- Accurately enter and track production data using computer systems
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Work collaboratively with team members to meet production goals
Working Conditions:
- Environment ranges from cold, ready-to-eat areas to temperatures as low as -30F
- Prolonged periods of standing, walking, and repetitive motion
- Exposure to loud machinery and fast-moving production lines
- Must be comfortable working in wet and cold conditions
Qualifications:
- Strong attendance and reliability during the seasonal schedule
- Basic computer skills (data entry, system navigation)
- Ability to follow instructions and safety protocols
- Prior manufacturing or food production experience is a plus, but not required
Schedule Requirements:
- Must be available to work 12-hour shifts
- 7 days per week during peak harvest/production periods
- Overtime and weekend work are expected throughout the season
