We are seeking a Senior Cloud Administrator to design, deploy, secure, and manage modern cloud infrastructure in AWS GovCloud. The role focuses on Kubernetes/EKS, Infrastructure as Code, DevSecOps, automation, and supporting emerging AI/ML capabilities in a highly secure and regulated environment.
Key Responsibilities
· Design, implement, and administer secure AWS GovCloud infrastructure.
· Manage Amazon EKS/Kubernetes and containerized workloads.
· Develop Infrastructure as Code using Terraform and automate deployments with GitLab CI/CD.
· Support AI/ML and cloud-native initiatives.
· Implement security and compliance requirements aligned with NIST 800-53 and FISMA.
· Automate operations and improve cloud reliability, scalability, and security.
· Collaborate with architecture, engineering, security, and application teams in an Agile environment using Jira.
· Contribute to cloud architecture, modernization, and technology strategy.
Qualifications
· 5+ years of cloud administration, engineering, DevOps, or infrastructure experience.
· Hands-on AWS and preferably AWS GovCloud experience.
· Strong experience with EKS/Kubernetes, Terraform, and CI/CD.
· Knowledge of cloud security, NIST 800-53, and FISMA.
· Experience with AI/ML infrastructure is preferred.
· AWS certification (Solutions Architect, SysOps, or DevOps Engineer) preferred.
· Federal government or financial services experience preferred.
