Role: Fullstack developer with Salesforce

Required experiences:
4 years of hands-on Salesforce development experience with at least 4 years in senior or lead engineering roles.
Deep expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components, SOQL and SOSL, Flow development, custom metadata, and platform automation.
Excellent knowledge of Salesforce data modeling, security models, and advanced integration patterns that include REST, SOAP, Platform Events, and asynchronous processing.
Proven experience leading development teams in Agile and Scrum environments with consistent participation in sprint planning, grooming, and technical ceremonies.
Demonstrated ability to drive high-quality releases in fast-paced settings with strong ownership of deadlines and technical deliverables.
Experience with Salesforce Experience Cloud is required.
Experience with Github Copilot to accelerate Salesforce development
Desired Experiences:
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or a related discipline.
7 years of hands-on Salesforce development experience with at least 4 years in senior or lead engineering roles.
Salesforce certifications such as Platform Developer I and II, Application Architect, or System Architect are highly preferred.
7 or more years of IT experience with a track record of leading enterprise-scale Salesforce programs and delivering complex technical solutions.
