Today, we represent the most highly skilled trowel trades craftworkers across the United States and Canada including bricklayers, stone and marble masons, cement masons, plasterers, tile setters, terrazzo and mosaic workers, and pointers/ cleaners/ caulkers. The International Union of Bricklayers and Allied Craftworkers (BAC) is seeking a motivated developer who enjoys solving complex technical challenges and building scalable business solutions.
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Senior Programmer / Data Analyst with strong Microsoft .NET development skills to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience developing business applications using C# and VB.NET, along with solid SQL Server and cloud computing experience.
This role involves application development, office automation, reporting, database management, cloud storage integration, and support of legacy systems. The candidate should enjoy solving complex technical challenges and building scalable business solutions.
Ø Develop, maintain, and support business applications using C# and VB.NET
Ø Troubleshoot and enhance existing applications and workflows
Ø Build and maintain Word and Excel automation processes, including mail merge functionality
Ø Create and support VBA/macros for Microsoft Office applications
Ø Design and integrate Crystal Reports using SQL Server data sources
Ø Create and manage SQL Server tables, views, and stored procedures
Ø Import/export .txt and .csv files between internal and third-party systems
Ø Support cloud-based storage and data retrieval solutions using AWS and Azure
Ø Manage ShareFile permissions, user groups, and automated file transfers
Ø Utilize AI-assisted development tools to improve efficiency
Ø Collaborate with internal teams to deliver scalable technological solutions
Ø Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field
Ø Minimum 5 years of Microsoft .NET programming experience

Ø Familiarity with AI-powered coding tools
Ø Ability to communicate effectively
Ø Must be able to work physically in the office (this is NOT a remote position).

This is a full-time salaried in-office position. This position reports to the Director of Software Development.
Salary Range: $140,000 - $155,000
