Summary

Location: Washington, DC Salary: $120,000.00 USD Hourly - $150,000.00 USD Hourly Description: The Judge Group is currently seeking a Senior Technical Account Manager with an active Top secret clearance to support a classified customer in Washington, DC.

Key Responsibilities:

Serve as the primary technical point of contact for key agency-wide clients, establishing and maintaining strong relationships to become a trusted advisor.

Understand clients' business objectives, IT infrastructure, and security requirements to effectively align solutions with their needs.

Conduct in-depth technical presentations, product demonstrations, and training sessions to showcase the value and capabilities of our products and services.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, customer success, and product management, to ensure successful implementation and adoption of our solutions.

Proactively identify opportunities to expand product usage within client organizations, driving upsells and renewals.

Provide advanced guidance and troubleshooting assistance to clients, addressing technical challenges, and ensuring smooth operation of our solutions.

Act as a customer advocate, relaying feedback, feature requests, and enhancement opportunities to the product and engineering teams.

Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscape to maintain a deep understanding of the security and IT landscape.

Contribute to the development of technical account management best practices, tools, and processes to enhance customer success and team efficiency.

Identify areas of growth and expansion for the Technical Account Management team, working closely with the sales team to identify new business opportunities.

Other duties as assigned.

Minimum Requirements:

6+ years of combined experience within the cybersecurity or IT industry, preferably in a federal or enterprise software environment; With 4+ of those years' proven experience in a technical account management or customer-facing role.

Strong technical background and understanding of IT infrastructure, security technologies, and networking concepts.

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to quickly understand and resolve technical issues.
