What You'll Do
As a Configuration & Geometry Analyst, you will ensure the accuracy and integrity of product configuration data across global product platforms. Working closely with Engineering, Manufacturing, Marketing, and Parts & Service teams, you will support product configuration, change management, and data quality initiatives throughout the product lifecycle.
In this role, you will:
• Create, maintain, and audit product structures, configuration rules and related data.
• Implement engineering requirements, standards, and product changes within SAP, Windchill, iPPE, and related systems.
• Troubleshoot and resolve configuration-related issues impacting product builds.
• Support engineering change management processes and approval workflows.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and implement product requirements.
• Provide guidance and training on configuration tools, processes, and best practices.
• Participate in global initiatives and continuous improvement efforts focused on data quality and process efficiency.
What It Takes
We are seeking a collaborative, detail-oriented professional with strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ideally, you will have a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Technology, Business, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
Required Qualifications:
• Knowledge of product configuration, BOMs, specifications, and engineering data management processes.
• Experience with Product Data Management (PDM) systems and workflow tools.
• Understanding of engineering change management processes.
• Strong communication, analytical, and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to work effectively across cross-functional and global teams.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience with SAP, PTC Windchill, Creo Parametric, iPPE, or similar systems.
• Knowledge of variant configuration.
• Familiarity with cProjects, PPM, and workflow management tools.
• Agricultural product knowledge.
• Experience with process improvement and global collaboration.
