Responsibilities:

• Configure and administer Veeva PromoMats / Veeva Vault.

• Configure workflows, lifecycles, document types, metadata, roles, and permissions.

• Gather requirements and translate business needs into Vault configurations.

• Support content review, approval, and compliance processes.

• Troubleshoot issues and provide production support.

• Support testing, UAT, releases, and system enhancements.

• Collaborate with business and technical teams.

Required Skills:

• 8+ years of IT/consulting experience.

• Strong hands-on Veeva PromoMats/Vault configuration experience.

• Experience with Vault workflows, lifecycles, security, and document management.

• Life Sciences/Pharma experience preferred.

• Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.

Must Have: Veeva PromoMats Configuration + Veeva Vault + Workflow/Lifecycle + Security.
