Title: Senior Systems Analyst
Note: Looking for Technical Systems Analyst with having experience working with APIs, writing SQL queries and experience with Event-driven architecture.
The Expertise and Skills You Bring:
- 7+ years professional experience as a Systems Analyst for software solutions
- Demonstrable experience researching, optimizing, developing and authoring solution requirements, user stories, specifications and data mapping for moderate to complex software systems
- Experience with Structured Query Language (SQL) and programming in general
- Demonstrable experience in working with REST, SOAP, JSON, and APIs
- Proven experience with Agile development methodologies
- Deep knowledge of scrum tools - Jira experience desirable
- Excellent analytical skills
- Release coordination
- Be able to articulate complex system interactions through diagrams and crisp documentation to a wide spectrum of audiences
- Ability to understand the technical aspects of the software, including understanding of code to be able to understand the business logic, understand technical architecture
- Produce artifacts - business flow diagrams
- Have good understanding of solution architecture and partner with Architects, Business Analysts and tech leads
- Have end to end knowledge of system interactions and be able to articulate well to different audiences both technical and non-technical
- Prod incidents analysis - Splunk queries, build dashboards/alerts
- Good knowledge of Behavior Driven Development - Gherkin/Cucumber
- Bachelor's Degree Computer Science or related technology subject area.
