Senior Systems Analyst

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client in Westlake, TX that is seeking a Senior Systems Analyst.

REQUIREMENTS:
* Bachelor's degree Computer Science or related technology subject area
* 7+ years of professional experience as a Systems Analyst for software solutions
* Demonstrable experience researching, optimizing, developing and authoring solution requirements, user stories, specifications and data mapping for moderate to complex software systems
* Experience with Structured Query Language (SQL) and programming in general
* Demonstrable experience in working with REST, SOAP, JSON, and APIs
* Proven experience with Agile development methodologies
* Deep knowledge of scrum tools - Jira experience desirable
* Excellent analytical skills
* Release coordination experience
* Be able to articulate complex system interactions through diagrams and crisp documentation to a wide spectrum of audiences
* Ability to understand the technical aspects of the software, including understanding of code to be able to understand the business logic, understand technical architecture
* Produce artifacts - business flow diagrams
* Have good understanding of solution architecture and partner with Architects, Business Analysts and tech leads
* Have end to end knowledge of system interactions and be able to articulate well to different audiences both technical and non-technical
* Prod incidents analysis - Splunk queries, build dashboards/alerts
* Good knowledge of Behavior Driven Development - Gherkin/Cucumber

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
