Power Platform Business System Analyst

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client in San Antonio, TX that is seeking a Power Platform Business System Analyst.

Responsibilities:
* Partner with operations, technical teams, and business stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvement and digital transformation
* Lead requirements gathering sessions and translate business needs into clear solution designs and delivery plans
* Create and maintain business process documentation, workflows, and functional specifications
* Collaborate with development resources to ensure successful delivery of business solutions and enhancements
* Support testing efforts, solution validation, and production readiness activities
* Analyze operational challenges, identify root causes, and recommend scalable technology-driven solutions
* Participate in Agile planning activities, including backlog management, prioritization, and sprint support
* Facilitate communication between business and technology teams to drive alignment and successful project execution
* Monitor solution effectiveness and recommend continuous improvements that enhance operational efficiency and user adoption
* Ensure project deliverables are completed in accordance with organizational governance and documentation standards

REQUIREMENTS:
* 5+ years of experience supporting enterprise technology initiatives as a Business Analyst, Systems Analyst, or Process Analyst
* Strong ability to gather, document, and manage business, functional, and technical requirements
* Experience supporting workflow automation, business applications, or digital transformation initiatives
* Demonstrated ability to work with cross-functional teams in complex enterprise environments
* Experience creating process maps, use cases, user stories, and business requirements documentation
* Familiarity with Agile delivery methodologies and collaborative project teams
* Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
* Experience supporting user acceptance testing, defect triage, and solution validation activities
* Understanding of data structures, reporting requirements, and business process design
* Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
