SAP Supply Chain Functional Architect

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking a SAP Supply Chain Functional Architect in San Antonio, TX.

Overview:
We are seeking a senior SAP Supply Chain Functional Architect to support and enhance enterprise supply chain, procurement, inventory, and warehouse management processes within a complex SAP environment.

This individual will partner closely with business stakeholders and IT teams to drive process improvements, support strategic initiatives, and deliver scalable SAP solutions that enable operational excellence across the organization. The ideal candidate combines deep SAP functional expertise with strong business acumen and the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

Responsibilities:
* Partner with business leaders to identify process improvement opportunities and translate business requirements into SAP solutions
* Lead functional design, solution architecture, and implementation efforts across supply chain and procurement workstreams
* Support and enhance SAP Procure-to-Pay (P2P), Inventory Management, and Warehouse Management processes
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to evaluate, design, test, and deploy new capabilities
* Drive business process standardization and optimization initiatives
* Participate in Agile planning, prioritization, and delivery activities
* Support SAP S/4HANA transformation, upgrades, and enhancement initiatives
* Provide functional leadership and guidance to project teams and business partners
* Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend solutions that improve efficiency and business outcomes

REQUIREMENTS:
* 10+ years of SAP functional experience
* Deep expertise in SAP MM (Materials Management)
* Strong experience with Procure-to-Pay processes
* Experience supporting Inventory Management and Warehouse Management
* Strong understanding of end-to-end supply chain processes
* Experience working directly with business stakeholders and process owners
* Proven ability to lead requirements gathering, functional design, testing, and implementation activities
* Experience in SAP ECC and/or SAP S/4HANA environments
* Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills

Preferred Qualifications:
* SAP WM and/or EWM experience
* Experience supporting large-scale supply chain transformations
* Experience with logistics execution, supplier management, or procurement optimization initiatives
* Exposure to process mining, automation, AI, or digital transformation programs
* Experience within manufacturing, energy, chemicals, utilities, distribution, or other complex enterprise environments

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
