StaffRight Associates is recruiting for a visionary Senior Product Manager to spearhead merchandise lines and drive continuous market expansion for an elite global chemical manufacturing leader. What You'll Do
Direct complete product lifecycles for domestic and imported offerings, overseeing new product registrations, commercial scale-up, and launch readiness.
Partner with commercial leadership to analyze market trends, evaluate emerging technologies, and formulate long-term portfolio strategies.
Own holistic demand planning and forecasting by integrating historical sales metrics, inventory parameters, and manufacturing constraints.
Act as the primary operational liaison between sales, plant manufacturing, purchasing, and logistics to convert commercial goals into production schedules.
Oversee slow-moving, excess, and obsolete inventory levels while spearheading material review board resolutions and rebalancing strategies.
Lead customer service operations by managing staffing, optimizing order fulfillment workflows, and establishing rigorous performance benchmarks.
Travel domestically and internationally as required to support business initiatives and partner engagements.
What You Bring
Bachelor's Degree in a Business or Technology-Related Field
5 to 10 Years of experience within the Chemical sector focusing on Product Management, Supply Chain, or Planning
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Hands-on expertise using SAP (with S4Hana strongly preferred)
Demonstrated success in Sales Data Analysis and Cross-Functional Team Leadership
Proven background in Direct Customer Engagement and Multi-Cultural Collaboration across Japanese American business environments
Compensation & Total Rewards
Annual salary ranging from $123,000 to $153,000 (commensurate with experience)
