Job Description Summary
Lead a team of more than 30 manufacturing engineering professionals at the heart of GE Vernova's Global Nuclear Fuel (GNF) manufacturing operation. In this role, you will shape how nuclear fuel is engineered, built, and continuously improved - driving the equipment innovation, process upgrades, and safety culture that keep our fuel manufacturing facility running at its best. If you're energized by leading talented engineers through complex, safety-critical challenges and want your work to directly power the world's clean energy transition, this is where you make that impact.

- Champion GNF's nuclear safety culture, ensuring Items Relied On For Safety (IROFS) and other safety controls are understood, tested, and maintained through Function Test Instructions (FTIs) and related processes.
- Partner with operations and maintenance teams to troubleshoot daily production issues and drive continuous, reliable facility operations.
