SAP SuccessFactor Global Payroll Integration Analyst - Techno Functional

Location: Erlanger, Kentucky - Remote
Job Responsibilities:
· Own and deliver integration solutions for SAP SuccessFactors EC, Global Payroll Systems and time modules, including both standard pre-packaged integrations and custom interfaces.
· Lead and manage End to End integration lifecycle – from requirement gathering and vendor communication to testing, deployment.
· Coordinate closely with third-party vendors to define data requirements, timelines, error handling mechanisms, and SLA expectations.
· Analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions by developing Functional Design documentations
· Own and deliver integration flows between SAP SuccessFactors, Global Payroll Systems, Time Management Systems and third-party systems (e.g., finance, time tracking, benefits), and on-premise applications.
· Perform data mapping, transformation, and validation during integration design.
· Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to ensure integrations meet security, compliance, and performance standards.
· Lead or support integration testing, troubleshooting, defect resolution, and documentation.
· Keep documentation up to date, including integration specs, flow diagrams, error logs.
· Hands on experience on SuccessFactors Employee Central Configuration · Conduct unit, system, and end-to-end integration testing with internal teams and third-party vendors.
· Collaborate with other SF module leads to identify potential system enhancements and process optimizations.
· Be flexible to learn additional SAP SuccessFactors modules and undergo training to enhance consulting expertise.
Job Requirements:
· 6–9 years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors, specifically in Global Payroll integration.
· Added value will be given to candidates with hands-on experience in SAP Cloud Platform Integration (CPI), Deel, SD Worx and Time Management Systems.
· Strong understanding of Employee Central data models, Payroll replication, and integration best practices.
· Expected to complete projects within specified deadlines
· Expected to work occasional weekends, holidays, overtime, or a variety of shifts, when needed, to meet deadlines
· Ability and willingness to travel by auto and air as needed to achieve business objectives
· Exhibits ability to work both in a team environment and independently
· Ability to influence others both internally and externally to achieve objectives
· Strong analytical, organization, time management, facilitation, and process management skills
· Demonstrated high level of written, verbal and interpersonal skills to communicate technical and non-technical information, ideas, procedures and processes
