Summary

A mission-focused technology organization in the Tampa, Florida area is seeking a Full Stack Engineer to join its growing software development team. This is a full-time opportunity for engineers who enjoy building modern web applications across the entire technology stack, from responsive user interfaces to scalable back-end services and cloud-based infrastructure.
This role offers the opportunity to work on meaningful projects, collaborate with experienced engineers and system architects, and contribute to solutions that support complex operational requirements. Required Skills & Experience

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
5+ years of full stack development experience for mid-level candidates
9+ years of full stack development experience for senior-level candidates
Experience designing and developing object-oriented applications in multi-tier environments
Strong front-end development experience with React, Angular, or Vue
Experience developing back-end services using Golang or Node.js
Knowledge of SQL and/or NoSQL database platforms
Experience working with RESTful APIs and microservices
Proficiency with Git and version control best practices
Strong troubleshooting, testing, and debugging skills
Ability to obtain and maintain required security clearances

Desired Skills & Experience

Leadership or technical mentoring experience
Experience with Docker
Familiarity with Kubernetes
Experience with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
Hands-on experience with Jest, Playwright, or similar testing frameworks
Experience with software documentation and process-driven development environments
Background working closely with systems engineering teams
