Required Skills & Experience

5+ years of professional software development experience
Strong full stack web development experience
Experience building and maintaining enterprise-grade applications
Working knowledge of PHP, Laravel, Vue.js, and MySQL or comparable technologies such as React, Node.js, or PostgreSQL
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Experience participating in code reviews and software design discussions
Experience creating technical specifications and delivering complex features end to end
Ability to mentor junior engineers and contribute to engineering best practices

Desired Skills & Experience

SaaS or enterprise platform experience
MVC architecture experience
Experience influencing software architecture and technical strategy
Experience with React, Node.js, Angular, Ember, PostgreSQL, or MS SQL Server
Experience leading engineering grooming sessions and estimation efforts
Experience conducting technical interviews
