When Apple CEO Tim Cook takes the stage at WWDC Monday morning, one analyst expects he may announce the release of Siri and iCloud APIs to apps developers. And given the way Apple is expected to increase the volume of its efforts with Siri, apps developers should have a lot to work with. Cook, as you may recall, told those attending the All Things D conference last month that Apple watchers should expect more things out of Siri in the coming months. And as for the iCloud, apps developers may want to look at building off of any efforts that Apple does with allowing users to share photos and comment. Other topics Cook is expected to delve into at WWDC, says Forbes in reference to Barclay analyst Ben Reitzes' report, includes this laundry list:
  • iOS and OSX offer improved integration with social media
  • A peek at iOS 6
  • Closer ties to iCloud for AppleTV, iOS and Macs
  • New details on Mac OSX  Mountain Lion
It'll be interesting to see what falls from Apple's tree, once developers take in the various 100 sessions during the week-long event. Related Links
