What’s the most difficult part of developing a game? According to the students from Tribeca Flashpoint, it’s getting started with a brand new team. At the Game Developers Conference, I caught up with the motley crew of Sam Sandoval, Luke Cody, Matthew Haynes, and Sean McNamara. I asked them about the pitfalls of working together for tvhe first time, and what are some of the most creative ways they’ve overcome the  challenges.
