Long road trips can be pretty boring -- especially if you're the passenger. But now Toyota has concept that might make things a little more entertaining -- or at least educational. They call it the Window to the World. The video below takes you through most of what the window does. Basically, i's a touchscreen display that allows users to draw, calculate distance to different landmarks, magnify distant objects and learn a little bit about what is going on outside. The concept is the work of engineers and designers from Toyota Motor Europe and the Copenhagen Institute of Interaction Design. Obviously, it will be a long time before this type of technology hits the market (if it ever does). But it's an interesting glimpse of what the future might hold.
