Job Description

The Desktop Support Engineer will provide onsite support to end users during and after laptop replacement activities. The engineer will ensure a smooth transition by assisting with device setup, troubleshooting, user migration, and post-deployment support.

Key Responsibilities

Support end users during laptop replacement.
Assist users with login, MFA, Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, and Office 365 setup.
Troubleshoot hardware and software issues.
Perform user data validation.
Configure printers and peripherals.
Resolve application-related issues.
Escalate unresolved issues to engineering teams.
Document incidents and resolutions.
Provide excellent customer service.

Required Skills

2 4 years of desktop support experience.
Windows 11 support.
Office 365.
Microsoft Teams.
Active Directory.
Azure AD / Entra ID.
BitLocker.
VPN troubleshooting.
Printer support.
Excellent communication skills.

Preferred Certifications

CompTIA A+
Microsoft MD-102
ITIL Foundation
