Detailed Job Description: The person in this systems developer position will enhance the ASAP (Adult Services Automation Project) system, as requested by Division of Child Welfare; Bureau of Adult Services, required to comply with the 2024 Federal APS Rule, including creating a separate system to archive and query archived ASAP data. The following are the expected enhancements: Service Plans expanded to include date/initial stamp for every change or update, including adding specific services, ability to make updates throughout the case, additional comments sections, additional summary section; add a system generated Person ID for each client, integration with document system, ability for district to upload custom county letterhead, enhance search features, integrate with new separate 24/7 Intakes system, allow workers to review, accept or reject intakes, create security features to allow for sensitive cases with special permissions, enhanced perpetrator identification, demographics, and detailed findings features, allow cases to be assigned to multiple districts, add methods for notifying source of case outcomes, create Financial Exploitation tools, create method for handling Preventative cases, enhance Guardianship functionality, enhance case & dashboard printing capabilities. This developer will also handle end user incidents, technological/environmental upgrades, as needed
