.NET Developer

Position Overview

The State of New York Information Technology Services is seeking an experienced .NET Developer with extensive experience developing n-tiered MVC applications, WCF SOAP and REST services, Oracle PL/SQL components, application reports, relational databases, and CI/CD pipelines.

Required Qualifications

• 84 months of experience developing n-tiered MVC applications utilizing .NET 4.8 or above.
• 84 months of experience writing and developing Windows Communication Foundation (WCF) SOAP and REST services.
• 84 months of experience with PL/SQL, including writing packages, stored procedures, and triggers in Oracle databases.
• 72 months of experience designing and developing application reports using Microsoft reporting tools such as SSRS.
• 72 months of experience designing and deploying complex SQL objects and relational database designs.
• 60 months of experience performing CI/CD using tools such as Azure DevOps, including automated builds, writing build and release pipelines, and creating work items.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field of study.
