Description - Work with NY State agencies to develop and implement new grant opportunities in the State's Grants Management systems
- Create and update documentation and develop training courses for State Agency users and vendors.
- Document, maintain, and validate business process rules to improve efficiency and cross-training, allowing for uniformity across State Agencies.
- Test and implement new features and builds of web-based statewide grant application and contract development system.
- Report bugs and defects in an easy-to-understand manner and test proposed fixes of these defects.
- Develop and edit functional specifications for new features and improvements.
Mandatory Qualifications 1 84 months experience in performing requirements gathering and business analysis, producing written documentation of requirements; system design and implementation. 2 60 months experience testing builds of a statewide enterprise IT project, including defect reporting. 3 48 months experience as a government employee or public/private consultant with detailed involvement in the area of government grantmaking. 4 24 months experience configuring and deploying an industry standard COTS grantmaking solution. 5 12 months experience working with an enterprise statewide financial system
