Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior .NET Full Stack Developer with 11+ years of progressive experience designing, developing, and delivering enterprise-grade applications. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise across the .NET ecosystem, modern front-end frameworks, cloud platforms, and database technologies, with a proven track record of leading technical initiatives and mentoring development teams.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain scalable full stack applications using .NET Core/.NET 6+/.NET 8, C#, and ASP.NET MVC/Web API
Build responsive, dynamic front-end applications using Angular/React/Blazor
Architect and implement RESTful APIs and microservices-based solutions
Design and optimize relational database schemas, stored procedures, and queries (SQL Server)
Lead code reviews, enforce coding standards, and mentor junior/mid-level developers
Collaborate with product owners, architects, and cross-functional teams in Agile/Scrum environments
Drive cloud migration and deployment strategies (Azure preferred; AWS a plus)
Implement CI/CD pipelines and DevOps best practices (Azure DevOps, Jenkins, Git)
Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize application performance across the stack
Participate in technical design discussions and provide architectural recommendations
Ensure adherence to security best practices, coding standards, and enterprise architecture guidelines

Required Skills & Experience

11+ years of hands-on software development experience, with strong focus on .NET technologies
Expert-level proficiency in C#, ASP.NET Core, ASP.NET MVC, Web API
Strong front-end development experience with Angular (8+) or React, along with HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript/TypeScript
Solid experience with SQL Server (T-SQL, stored procedures, performance tuning); exposure to NoSQL (MongoDB/Cosmos DB) a plus
Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure (App Services, Azure Functions, Azure SQL, Service Bus, etc.)
Strong understanding of microservices architecture, containerization (Docker/Kubernetes)
Experience with CI/CD tools (Azure DevOps, Jenkins, GitHub Actions)
Proficiency with Entity Framework/Entity Framework Core, LINQ
Strong grasp of design patterns, SOLID principles, and enterprise architecture
Experience with unit testing frameworks (xUnit/NUnit/MSTest) and TDD practices
Excellent communication skills with experience leading small teams or mentoring developers
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
