*******We are Hiring for a Document Control Specialist*******
Must-Haves:
- Bachelor s degree in Engineering or related field, or equivalent practical experience
- 7 10 years of experience in document control within industrial or project-based environments
- Experience supporting EPC, refinery, manufacturing, or large-scale plant projects strongly preferred
- Proficiency with EDMS platforms such as SharePoint, Aconex, OpenText, or similar systems
- Strong working knowledge of Ms Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook); scripting experience (PowerShell, VBA) is a plus
- Demonstrated ability to manage and maintain data integrity across large document sets (10,000+ records)
- Experience supporting large-scale ( mega ) projects (~$1B+, multi-year) preferred
- Highly detail-oriented with exceptional organizational and document tracking skills
Pay Range - $45/hr - $50/hr
