Role Scope- Engineer physical security systems in the reference design: access control, video, intrusion, and perimeter detail by detail.
- Produce the design packages: drawings, device schedules, and specs the integrators build from.
- Integrate the systems: security platforms tied into site networks, monitoring, and identity.
- Support deployment: site surveys, punch walks, and acceptance testing on your own designs.
What We're Looking For- The below is a starting point. We always make space for exceptional people, so if you don't fit this role exactly, tell us where you would.
- You've designed or engineered physical security systems for commercial or critical facilities.
- You produce buildable packages: riser diagrams, device layouts, and schedules.
- You've configured and tested access control and VMS platforms hands-on.
- You coordinate with electrical and IT design instead of clashing with it.
- You've supported installs and closed the punch yourself.
- Bonus: Lenel, Genetec, or equivalent platforms. Data center security standards. Network fundamentals. CAD or Revit fluency.
