Randstad Digital is seeking an experienced SAP Controlling Lead to spearhead the architecture, configuration, and implementation of SAP CO solutions for a leading High Tech enterprise. This role partners directly with business and engineering leaders to drive end-to-end solution delivery across advanced manufacturing and costing scenarios.

responsibilities:
- Lead the design, validation, and deployment of SAP CO solutions aligned with enterprise business needs and transformation goals.
- Facilitate technical discovery workshops with business stakeholders to capture requirements and establish solution architecture.
- Perform hands-on configuration and provide comprehensive support across the full lifecycle of the SAP deployment.
- Partner with cross-functional technical teams to convert intricate operational requirements into robust SAP capabilities.
- Implement tailored costing models for Engineer to Order (ETO), Configure to Quote (CTQ), and Make to Order (MTO) workflows.
- Configure and maintain intercompany accounting frameworks and inventory account determinations.
qualifications:
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree.
Minimum of 2 full lifecycle SAP implementations as a Controlling lead or architect.
Proven expertise in SAP Costing within Engineer to Order (ETO) scenarios.
Deep configuration and design experience in SAP Controlling (CO) and SAP Product Cost Controlling.
Strong background in Intercompany and Inventory Account Determination.
Industry experience in High Tech manufacturing environments (ETO, CTQ, MTS, MTO).
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Functional exposure to General Ledger (GL) Accounting.
Experience with Fixed Assets management in SAP.
Working knowledge of Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable (AR/AP).
Master-level proficiency in SAP CO Product Cost Controlling.
