Join our dynamic team as an SAP MM/FICO professional where you will play a pivotal role in managing and optimizing our procurement and financial processes. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and efficient operations of the SAP MM and FICO modules. Your expertise will be instrumental in driving business efficiency, accuracy, and compliance within our organization.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee the SAP MM (Materials Management) module, ensuring the smooth flow of procurement processes from purchase requisition to goods receipt.
• Implement and maintain SAP FICO (Financial Accounting) processes, ensuring accurate financial reporting and compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with various departments to understand their requirements and provide tailored SAP solutions that enhance operational efficiency.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for SAP processes, including user manuals and standard operating procedures.
• Conduct regular system audits and performance reviews to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes.
• Provide training and support to end-users, ensuring they are proficient in using SAP MM and FICO functionalities.
• Assist in the configuration and customization of SAP modules to meet specific business needs.
• Support the implementation of new SAP functionalities and upgrades, ensuring minimal disruption to ongoing operations.
• Work closely with the IT team to resolve any technical issues related to SAP systems and ensure system stability and performance.

Requirements

• Proven experience in SAP MM and FICO modules with a minimum of 5 years in a similar role.
• Strong understanding of procurement processes and financial accounting principles.
• Proficiency in SAP configuration, customization, and system administration.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically under pressure.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously, with a keen attention to detail.
• Certification in SAP MM and FICO is highly desirable.

• Experience with SAP S/4HANA is a plus.
• Knowledge of other SAP modules such as SD, PP, and WM is advantageous.
• Familiarity with SAP Fiori and SAP UI5 is beneficial.
• Experience in leading SAP implementation projects and managing cross-functional teams.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.
• Excellent project management skills, with the ability to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality results.
