CTG is seeking to fill a SAP SD/GTS Functional Consultant position for our client.Join a global enterprise as an SAP SD/GTS Functional Consultant supporting mission-critical Order-to-Cash (OTC) and Global Trade Services (GTS) processes. In this role, you'll partner with business and technology teams to design, enhance, and support SAP solutions that streamline sales operations, ensure international trade compliance, and optimize end-to-end business processes. Duration: 12 months
Duties:- Lead functional design, configuration, implementation, and support of SAP SD and SAP GTS solutions.
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable SAP solutions and functional specifications.
- Support end-to-end Order-to-Cash (OTC) processes, including sales orders, pricing, delivery, billing, and revenue recognition.
- Configure and optimize SAP Global Trade Services (GTS) to support export controls, customs management, sanctioned party screening, and trade compliance.
- Collaborate with Finance, Supply Chain, Logistics, Customer Service, and external integration partners to ensure seamless business operations.
- Troubleshoot production issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement system enhancements.
- Support integrations between SAP ERP, SAP GTS, and third-party applications.
- Participate in requirements gathering, testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), deployments, and post-production support.
- Recommend process improvements that increase efficiency, compliance, and system performance.
- Develop and maintain functional documentation, configuration documents, and knowledge transfer materials.
- Ensure solutions align with global trade regulations, company policies, and SAP best practices.
Key Qualifications:- 8-10 years of SAP SD functional consulting experience.
- Strong expertise in end-to-end SAP Order-to-Cash (OTC) processes.
- Hands-on SAP Global Trade Services (GTS) configuration and support experience.
- Experience designing and implementing SAP SD and GTS solutions.
- Knowledge of global trade compliance, customs regulations, export controls, and international trade processes.
- Strong understanding of SAP cross-functional integration with Finance, Logistics, Supply Chain, and third-party systems.
- Experience supporting production environments, incident management, enhancements, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and business process consulting skills.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities with experience working across global teams.
Education & Experience:- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field preferred.
- SAP SD and/or SAP GTS certifications are highly desirable.
- Proven experience participating in full lifecycle SAP implementations, enhancements, and production support engagements.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively with cross-functional business and technical teams in enterprise environments.
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.

The expected base salary for this position ranges from $60.00 to $70.00/hour. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, market factors, and where applicable, licensure or certifications obtained. In addition to salary, a competitive benefit package is also offered.
