Responsibilities: As a Business Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing an organization and designing its processes and systems, assessing the business model and its integration with technology. You will evaluate the current state, identify customer requirements, and define the future state and business solutions. Your role involves researching, gathering, and synthesizing information to support effective decision-making. You are expected to be a subject matter expert, collaborate and manage the team to perform, take responsibility for team decisions, engage with multiple teams, and contribute to key decisions. Providing solutions to problems for your immediate team and across multiple teams is a critical part of your role.
Master proficiency in SAP Quality Management (QM) is required. Advanced proficiency in SAP Quality Issue Management is recommended.
Lead the analysis of complex business processes to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.
Support less experienced colleagues by sharing expertise and providing guidance on best practices.
Contribute to the development and refinement of business solutions that align with organizational goals.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of technology and business processes.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives by evaluating outcomes and recommending enhancements.
