Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced SAP Vistex Consultant with strong expertise in SAP SD and SAP S/4HANA to support implementation, configuration, integration, and production support activities. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Vistex solutions for pricing, rebates, royalties, and incentive management, along with a solid understanding of SAP SD business processes.
The consultant will work closely with business stakeholders, functional teams, technical teams, and integration teams to analyze requirements, design solutions, configure Vistex and SAP S/4HANA, and support end-to-end testing and deployment.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide functional expertise in SAP Vistex, SAP SD, and SAP S/4HANA.
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable SAP Vistex solutions.
- Configure and support Vistex modules related to rebates, chargebacks, pricing, commissions, royalties, and incentive management.
- Work on integration between SAP Vistex and SAP SD/S/4HANA.
- Configure SAP SD processes including sales orders, deliveries, billing, pricing, and customer master data.
- Develop and maintain pricing and condition techniques within SAP SD and Vistex.
- Support rebate agreements, settlement management, accruals, claims, and settlement processes.
- Collaborate with technical teams on interfaces, enhancements, reports, forms, and integrations.
- Work with SAP ABAP developers to define functional specifications and support technical development.
- Participate in requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, defect resolution, and deployment.
- Prepare functional specifications, configuration documentation, process flows, and test scenarios.
- Conduct unit testing, integration testing, UAT, and production validation.
- Troubleshoot functional issues and provide root-cause analysis and resolution.
- Support data migration, cutover, go-live, and post-production stabilization activities.
- Coordinate with business users and stakeholders to ensure successful delivery of SAP solutions.
- Provide production support and resolve incidents within agreed SLAs.
Required Skills
- 8+ years of experience in SAP SD Functional Consulting.
- Strong hands-on experience with SAP Vistex.
- Experience working with SAP S/4HANA
- Strong knowledge of SAP SD pricing and condition techniques.
- Experience with Vistex Rebates, Chargebacks, Pricing, Royalties, Incentives, or Settlement Management.
- Strong understanding of Order-to-Cash (O2C) business processes.
- Experience integrating Vistex with SAP SD/S/4HANA.
- Experience with SAP master data including Customer, Material, Pricing, and Condition Records.
- Experience in functional testing, UAT, defect management, and production support.
- Ability to create functional specifications and work effectively with SAP ABAP developers.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Preferred Skills
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA implementations or migrations.
- Experience with Vistex V4 is highly preferred.
- Knowledge of SAP Fiori and S/4HANA business processes.
- Experience with SAP integration technologies and interfaces.
- Knowledge of SAP SD billing, revenue recognition, and settlement processes.
- Experience working in large-scale SAP transformation or global template programs.
- Experience in Agile delivery methodology.
