Job Description:
Data Program Manager/Specialist responsible for coordinating data analysis, cost allocation activities, financial modeling, documentation, implementation support, and federal claiming activities for multiple federally funded programs. The role requires strong analytical and program coordination skills, with responsibility for ensuring that cost allocation methodologies, reporting structures, documentation, and implementation activities align with applicable federal and state requirements. Scope / Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate data analysis activities related to federally funded programs.
- Coordinate with fiscal leadership, program teams, and project stakeholders.
- Review existing funding and administrative cost structures.
- Analyze personnel, IT, policy, fiscal, and management costs.
- Support development of cost allocation methodologies.
- Define and validate cost pools and allocation bases.
- Develop allocation formulas and financial models.
- Analyze federal and state financial impacts.

- Support implementation planning and operationalization.
