Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Financial Analyst / Finance Platform Manager to support enterprise finance data platforms and financial reporting systems. The ideal candidate will work closely with Finance, Accounting, Engineering, and Business teams to deliver scalable finance data solutions, reporting, platform enhancements, and process improvements.
Required Skills
- 6+ years of experience as a Financial Analyst, Business Analyst, Platform Manager, Technical Product Manager, or Finance Systems Analyst.
- Strong experience with Financial Reporting, FP&A, Budgeting, Forecasting, Variance Analysis, and Financial Data Analysis.
- Experience working with Finance, Accounting, Engineering, and Business stakeholders.
- Experience with Finance Data Platforms, Data Warehousing, ETL/ELT, and Data Integration.
- Knowledge of Data Governance, Data Quality, Data Lineage, and Financial Reporting Compliance.
- Experience with SQL and reporting/analytics tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar.
- Experience with Snowflake, Databricks, Azure Data Factory, Oracle, or SQL Server.
- Strong Business Analysis skills including Requirements Gathering, BRD/FRD, User Stories, UAT, and Process Analysis.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments with Jira and Confluence.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Responsibilities
- Manage and support Finance Data Platforms and Financial Reporting solutions.
- Gather business requirements from Finance and Accounting stakeholders.
- Drive platform enhancements and continuous improvements.
- Coordinate with Engineering teams during Agile sprint planning and releases.
- Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end financial reporting.
- Ensure data quality, governance, and compliance.
- Manage integrations with Finance systems, Data Warehouses, and reporting platforms.
- Support production issues, UAT, and platform enhancements.
- Work with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable financial reporting and analytics solutions.
