Job Summary The PLM Project Manager will partner with business and technical stakeholders to gather, organize, and document business and system requirements for new requests, enhancements, and process improvements. The role will coordinate across Merchandising, Product Development, Sourcing, Supply Chain, and IT teams to identify business needs, recommend solutions, and support projects from requirements gathering through testing, training, and post-launch activities. Strong Functional Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) experience and documentation skills are required. Key Responsibilities Partner with business stakeholders to gather, organize, and document business and system requirements for new requests, enhancements, and process improvements. Collaborate with Merchandising, Product Development, Sourcing, Supply Chain, and IT teams to understand business needs and recommend solutions. Serve as a point of coordination between business users and technical teams to ensure clear communication and shared understanding. Create and maintain process flows, business requirements, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), release notes, and user guides. Participate in project management activities from requirements gathering through testing, training, and post-launch support. Support cross-functional meetings by capturing action items, following up on open questions, and helping keep projects organized and progressing. Coordinate requirements, testing activities, documentation, and project deliverables across relevant stakeholders. Support process improvements and system enhancements within the PLM environment. Required Qualifications Experience in project management, business analysis, systems analysis, project coordination, technology operations, or a related role. Strong experience analyzing Functional Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) processes and systems. Strong documentation and requirements management skills. Experience gathering and documenting business and system requirements. Ability to coordinate effectively between business users and technical teams. Strong communication, organization, and analytical skills. Bachelors degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field preferred. Preferred Qualifications Experience with requirements documentation, testing, data analysis, or process mapping. Exposure to ERP, retail, supply chain, merchandising, or apparel industry systems. Familiarity with tools such as Asana, SharePoint, ticketing systems, Excel, and reporting or business intelligence tools. SQL or other technical and reporting skills. Education: Bachelors Degree
